TMT acquires ASME
On the 16 August 2004 AS Tallinna Masinatehas (TMT) received a Certificate of Authorization from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) to manufacture pressure vessels according to the ASME Code, Section VIII. TMT has now the right to use the "U" Code symbol stamp.The audit was performed in 5-6 July 2004.
The certificate is valid for three years, after which a new audit will be carried out.
