{"id":132,"date":"2020-12-04T06:58:43","date_gmt":"2020-12-04T06:58:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tmt.ee\/?page_id=132"},"modified":"2021-02-26T13:24:34","modified_gmt":"2021-02-26T11:24:34","slug":"technical-audit","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.tmt.ee\/en\/technical-audit\/","title":{"rendered":"Technical audit"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #193a78;\">Tallinn Machinebuilding Factory (TMT)<\/span><\/strong> offers services in the\u00a0<strong>e<strong>xamination of technical state of all types of heat-exchange equipment<\/strong><\/strong>: assessment of operating capacity, detection of defects, preparation of corrective measures for replacement or modernization of both separate units and equipment as a whole \u2014 in order to optimize the consumable component to provide the enterprise with the most efficiently operating equipment.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>TMT\u2019s<\/strong> experience in this field implies the following algorithm of interaction with clients:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>the client describes the technical state of equipment concerned and\/or sets a task to change parameters of production process, and sends the description and\/or task together with the existing technical documents to the <strong>TMT<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>TMT<\/strong> examines the received materials and sends a specialist (specialists) to the client\u2019s enterprise to study the situation on site;<\/li>\n<li>following the results of the study trip, a specialist (group of specialists) is sent with the required equipment and tools for the purpose of measuring and determining the actual technical state of the equipment concerned. The final result of this stage is the development and issuance of recommendations for replacement, modernization or repair of the existing equipment.
